Shipping & Returns




We process your Order as soon as possible after receipt. Orders will be shipped out within two business days.  Your Order will be shipped to you using the shipping method you select during checkout. Tracking information is provided directly from the carrier at the time of shipment and you will be able to check the status of your Order at any time by clicking on the "View Your Order" button in your Order Confirmation email.

As we aim to ship your initial Orders so promptly, we may not be able to make changes to an Order after it has been placed so please be sure to check all your information carefully. If you need to make any changes to your Order after it has placed, please contact us at support@spongebath.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. SpongeBath is not responsible for additional shipping charges if an Order is changed after being placed or if the package is returned to our fulfillment center because of an address error, customer absence, or package refusal. SpongeBath is also not responsible for packages after they have been delivered by our third-party shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx or UPS) to your designated address pursuant to tracking information. 

* We are pleased to offer Free Shipping promotions from time to time, but unfortunately we are not able to offer Free Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

If any product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@spongebath.com. We will ask you to provide a description of the problem and we will work with you to resolve any issues and get you all set up with SpongeBath!

We know SpongeBath works, but if you aren’t satisfied, we will set you up with a full refund of your purchase price for your SpongeBath sponge holder. We regret we cannot accept returns of opened bottles of Concentrated Cleaning Solution. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. You will just be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email us at support@spongebath.com within sixty (60) days of receipt of your Order so we can get started on the return process. Because SpongeBath is a brand new product, it might take time to get accustomed to it. We encourage you to use your SpongeBath regularly before you decide to return it. We’d love to hear your feedback too!

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you no longer want your subscription, you can cancel at any time before your next shipment. Just send an email to support@spongebath.com and we will be happy to help you! ​

Please note: Any order that is already in progress will incur a $10 restocking/processing fee.
